Weekly wine specials

Our Wine of the Month program has gotten such great feedback, with our friends coming in to see what types of pairings Chef Tony is preparing for our special wine selection each month. It has been so popular, in fact, that we have had requests to update the wine of the month more frequently.

So, starting in June, Chef Tony will be preparing wine specials on a more frequent basis. These specials will be entrees that are based upon the freshest ingredients that Tallahans has available, paired with some of the best selections of our winemakers in Calaveras and Amador County.
